Shipping & Tracking
All orders will ship within their specified processing time (listed in the banner of the shop). This is based on business days and shipping will take place Monday-Friday. If you purchase embroidery + bookmarks, everything will ship when the embroidery is ready.
Please allow USPS 24-28 hours to update with tracking after you get your shipping notification. YGG Threads is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages but please reach out if you have an issue and we will figure out the best way to resolve!
Returns
Unfortunately I am not currently accepting any returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address- please triple double check before placing an order. Please be sure to check sizing before ordering and reach out with any questions if you are unsure. If there is an issue with your order- please email us with your order number to resolve!
Order Questions
Did you put the wrong shipping address? Select the wrong size? Please reach out ASAP with your order number and we will do our best to make the updates if your order has not shipped. If your order has shipped- Unfortunately there is not much we can do.
Designs + Production
All Embroidery is done in house by me! I love having the flexibility of customizing everything without having to order in bulk. Magnetic Bookmarks are also handmade.
Designs- All designs and ideas are either done by myself or commercially licensed with permission through a handful of female owned small businesses who focus on digital design work. Their graphics are gorgeous and I love being able to curate a collection that fits with the YGG vibe and what I design.
For Drink Sleeves & Book Sleeves- I have an amazing manufacturing partner in China (shout out Milly who deals with my indecisiveness!). Research has been done to ensure fair pay and safe working conditions!
